PART 1 :
The little boy was crying so hard he could barely breathe.
His mother knelt on the rooftop floor, holding him against her blue dress while wealthy guests watched in uncomfortable silence.
Above them, the woman in gold looked down without sympathy.
“Take him and get out of here,” she said. “I don’t care. You’re finished.”
The boy clung tighter to his mother.
“Mom, I’m sorry…”
She closed her eyes for one painful second.
Then she stood, keeping one arm around him.
Tears still covered her face, but something in her expression had changed.
The woman in gold gave a cold smile.
“You should be grateful I ever hired you.”
The younger woman slowly pulled out her phone.
“You just made the biggest mistake of your life.”
A few guests stopped whispering.
She made one call and spoke with quiet authority.
“Close every store in five minutes. Freeze all her access.”
The woman in gold laughed.
Then a voice answered through the phone.
“Yes, ma’am. Your company—”
The smile vanished from the older woman’s face.
“What company?”
The younger woman looked directly at her.
“The one you thought belonged to you.”
PART 2:
«The Company Her Father Left Behind»
The rooftop went silent.
The woman in gold stared at her as if she had spoken another language.
“You’re lying.”
The younger woman wiped her son’s tears with one trembling hand.
“My father founded the company.”
The older woman’s face slowly lost its color.
“That’s impossible. His daughter disappeared.”
“No,” she said quietly. “She was pushed out.”
The guests began looking away from the woman in gold.
The boy held his mother’s hand.
“Mom… are we going home?”
