“What?”“A notation.”

Greg abruptly said, “Diane.”She turned toward him.

“No.” Her voice sharpened. “If they’re investigating me, I’m telling them everything.”Laura stepped forward.

“What notation?”Diane swallowed.

“Passenger verification advisory.”Isaiah looked at Laura.

“There is no such customer-facing program.”Diane said, “Not customer-facing.”

Greg closed his eyes.Melissa whispered, “Oh, God.”

Isaiah looked between them. “What are you talking about?”Nobody answered.

Finally Melissa said, “It’s called the **Cabin Confidence List**.”Isaiah felt his pulse change.

“What does it do?”She looked terrified.

“It tells us which premium reservations we’re supposed to verify quietly before extending full service.”Laura’s face went completely still.

“Who told you to use that?”Greg said, “Corporate Service Assurance.”

Isaiah had never heard of a Cabin Confidence List. He was the CEO.That fact frightened him more than Diane’s behavior ever had.
