Tyler didn’t answer.

His mother did.

“He wanted a viral video.”

The parking lot became quiet.

Tyler had been chasing views for months.

His previous videos had gotten thousands of reactions.

But the numbers were falling.

So he wanted something bigger.

Something shocking.

Something that would make people angry enough to share it.

And he had chosen the wrong nine people.

Hank looked at his pink Harley.

“You know what this bike means to me?”

Tyler nodded.

“No.”

Hank pointed toward the small memorial engraving on the tank.

“My brother’s name.”

Tyler’s expression changed.

“I didn’t know.”

“You didn’t care enough to find out.”

Tyler looked down.

For the first time that morning, he looked genuinely ashamed.

Then Rebecca stepped closer.

“I’ll pay for the cleaning and repairs.”

Hank shook his head.

“You’re not the only one responsible.”

Rebecca looked surprised.

Hank continued.

“He is eighteen.”

Tyler looked up.

“He needs to understand that consequences aren’t something you can edit out of a video.”

The trooper explained that Tyler could face charges for property damage and that the owners would have to decide how they wanted to proceed.

The bikers gathered together.

They could have demanded the harshest possible punishment.

Instead, Hank asked Tyler one question.

“If you could erase that video, would you?”

Tyler nodded immediately.

“Yes.”

“Then don’t erase it.”

Tyler looked confused.

“Keep it.”

“What?”

“Keep the footage.”

Hank pointed toward the cameras.
