"Who submits them?"
Luis glanced at Evelyn.
"Usually her assistant."
Daniel looked at Claire.
She remained calm.
"How many times have you been sent to the wrong vehicle?"
Luis thought.
"At least four."
"Four?"
"Maybe five."
Evelyn interrupted.
"Contractors make mistakes."
Claire nodded.
"Exactly. Which is why you need a verification procedure before immobilizing someone's vehicle."
Luis removed the boot from Claire's SUV.
